How can i control my emotions?

A similar problem has been in my life: I think too much about it. I don' t know how can i control it.
whenever someone talks to me like:
comments passing on me
telling a lie in front of me
abusing me
talk about my believe

so, I get emotional quickly and I always try to answer them and sometime before seeing all the thoughts are moving in my mind which is called overthinking in our society.
My husband told me I was paranoid. Maybe. When I started working with a group of people, I had the opportunity that evaluating my surroundings was not an anomaly for most of them. I think I finally got the confirmation, I'm not crazy. The girl is in relief. But that didn't solve my emotional problems. No, it needs a different attitude.

Please help me to get rid of it
