Deodorant Spray linked to coughs (reason?)

Postby Daisyrose on Wed Feb 06, 2019 5:57 pm

When I use my spray deodorant it makes me cough, as if it's goes to my chest. I don't like using roll on or cream deodorants at all, that's why i keep to the spray. Its really annoying having to cough each time I use the spray. What is the reasons it makes me cough? Also do you know any makes of deodorant sprays that don't cause coughing?. Thanks

you might have some underlying lung sensitivity (bronchial hyper-reactivity) and sprays can irritate the lining of the lungs; it is not an allergic reaction though
